Frame & Suspension
• Original frame de-tabbed. Sandblasted and hand sanded back to shiny metal. Powder coated satin clear
• UMC Subframe hand sanded back to shiny metal. Powder coated satin clear
• Original front 19” wheel rim replaced with 18” X 4.00 alloy rim
• Original rear rim replaced with alloy rim.
• Front and rear original spokes and nipples replaced with heavy duty stainless steel.
• Front ECB disc customised to allow for wider rim.
• Tyres Continental TK70
• New rear Hagon shrouded shocks customised
Electrics
• New UMC wiring loom
• Front headlight modified by UMC
• Digital Smiths speedo sunk into modified UMC headlight
• Rear light, Vincent stop light mounted on UMC fabricated bracket
• Under gearbox Odyssey battery mounted in house fabricated box.
• Original ignition switch relocated to left side of subframe.
• Starter button replaced by after market flat button style mounted below ignition switch on subframe.
Controls
• Classic British scrambler handle bars finished by UMC
• Classic British handle bar controls with wiring through bars and top yoke into headlight shell.
• Classic British brake and clutch levers and mounts.
• Original master cylinder and reservoir replaced by BMW under tank master cylinder.
• Cable operated brake lever
• Goodrich brake hose
Drivetrain
• Engine overhauled and bead blasted
• New big end shells
• New timing chains and tensioners
• New piston rings
• New valve get guides
• New valves
• Stainless pushrods tubes
• New clutch friction plates
• All new gaskets and
• Gearbox overhauled
• Carbs overhauled - carb plastic tubes replaced by stainless tubes
• New header fabricated pipes, exhausts and end pipes soft chromed
Bodywork
• Original tank painted in a raw metal finish with BMW orange details
• New leather seat
• New stainless front and rear mudguards hand finished
• Front mudguard mount customised to fit wider rim and tyre
