Frame & Suspension
• Original frame de-tabbed and powder coated satin black
• Subframe shortened and rear hoop angled up. Powder coated satin black
• Original front 19” wheel rim replaced with 18” X 4.00 alloy rim powder coated satin black. Front hub powder coated satin black.
• Original rear rim replaced with alloy rim. Rear hub and new rim powder coated satin black.
• Front and rear original spokes and nipples replaced with heavy duty stainless steel.
• Front ECB discs customised to allow for wider rim.
• Tyres M45
• New rear shocks
• Top yoke replaced with aftermarket alloy version - forks pushed through by 2cm
Electrics
• New UMC wiring loom
• Front headlight fabricated by UMC
• Motogadget speedo fitted onto fabrictated bracket
• New rear light
• Under gearbox Odyssey battery mounted in house fabricated box.
• Original ignition switch relocated to left side of subframe.
• Starter button replaced by after market flat button style mounted below ignition switch on subframe.
Controls
• Kawasaki brake and clutch levers
• Classic British handle bar controls with wiring through bars and top yoke
• Classic British brake and clutch levers and mounts.
• Handle bar master cylinder and reservoir replaced by 1980’s Kawasaki version
Drivetrain
• Engine overhauled and bead blasted - rocker covers powder coated satin black
• New big end shells
• New timing chains and tensioners
• New piston rings
• New valve get guides
• New valves
• Stainless pushrods tubes
• New clutch friction plates
• All new gaskets and
• Gearbox overhauled
• Carbs overhauled
• New header fabricated pipes, black stubby exhausts
Bodywork
• Original tank painted orange, black and white. Satin finish
• New leather diamond stitched seat
• Original front mudguard shortened and satin black finished.
• Short rear mudguard and splash plate added between down tubes on subframe
