• Original frame de-tabbed. Sandblasted and hand sanded back to shiny metal. Painted satin black
• UMC Subframe adapted with luggage rack hand fabricated
• Wheels powder coated satin black
• New tyres
• New rear Hagon spring shocks in stainless steel
Electrics, Lighting.
• New UMC wiring loom
• Front headlight modified by UMC
• 1950 style BMW speedo sunk into modified UMC headlight
• Rear light, Vincent stop light mounted on UMC fabricated bracket
• Under gearbox Odyssey battery mounted in house fabricated box.
• Original ignition switch relocated to left side of subframe.
• Starter button replaced by after market flat button style mounted below ignition switch on subframe.
Controls.
• Classic British scrambler handle bars finished by UMC
• Classic British handle bar controls with wiring through bars and top yoke into headlight shell.
• Classic British brake and clutch levers and mounts.
• Original master cylinder and reservoir replaced by BMW under tank master cylinder.
• Cable operated brake lever
• Goodrich brake hose
Engine, Exhaust.
• Engine overhauled and bead blasted
• New big end shells
• New timing chains and tensioners
• New piston rings
• New valve get guides
• New valves
• Stainless pushrods tubes
• New clutch friction plates
• All new gaskets
• Gearbox overhauled
• Carbs overhauled - carb plastic tubes replaced by stainless tubes
• New header fabricated pipes, exhausts
Bodywork.
• Original tank painted in Gloss black with silver pinstriping
• New leather seat and removable pillion seat pad
• New stainless front and rear mudguards painted gloss black with silver pinstriping
